Registered Nurse – Procedure Room (Office-Based Lab / Angio Suite)

Location: New York, NY

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4x10s)

Salary Range: $90,000 – $126,600

Overview

A leading outpatient vascular surgery center is seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse to join their team in a state-of-the-art Office-Based Lab (OBL) and Angio Suite. This RN will play a key role in supporting pre-, intra-, and post-procedure patient care for minimally invasive vascular procedures in a QUAD A–accredited facility.

About The Facility

This is a QUAD A–accredited outpatient surgical facility focused on providing high-quality vascular care outside of the traditional hospital setting. The OBL and Angio Suite are equipped with advanced imaging and interventional technology, designed for procedures like angiograms, stenting, and other endovascular treatments.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor patients and medications during procedures; support cardiac monitoring, aldrete scores, and pain status
• Assist in post-procedure recovery and ongoing patient monitoring (HR, BP, O2Sat, EKG)
• Scrub in during procedures as needed
• Conduct pre-procedure assessments and gather patient histories
• Maintain prescription drug logs and accurate medical records
• Deliver patient education and discharge instructions
• Support office visits and postoperative care planning
• Contribute to the department’s ongoing compliance with QUAD A standards
• Other related duties as assigned
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• RN 1-2 years of experience in ICU, PACU, procedural, or circulating settings
• BSN or equivalent education/experience
• Active RN license in NY
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication skills, including working with diverse patient populations
• Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
