Manly Specialty Care in Manly, IA, a 43-bed skilled nursing community, is hiring and seeking a Registered Nurse to join a compassionate care team across Iowa.

The RN will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and the interdisciplinary team while adhering to infection control and regulatory standards. The role offers meaningful daily impact on residents and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing in Iowa or ability to activate.
• Current, valid CPR certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
• Strong commitment to empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit, ensuring quality care and resident safety.
