High Plains Mental Health Center is hiring a CIC RN (PRN) in Hays, Kansas, starting at $35-$46 per hour with shift differentials and a $500 sign‑on bonus. In this 24/7 inpatient setting, you’ll perform crisis stabilization, medication management, and risk assessments.
Responsibilities include nursing assessments, medication administration, de‑escalation, suicide prevention, documentation, and patient/family education. PRN with potential full‑time hours; mostly night/overnight coverage.

As an RN at the CIC, you’ll provide essential nursing care, crisis stabilization, and medication management to individuals in acute mental health distress, including those with co‑occurring substance use disorders.
