Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Nursing Supervisor. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to assess and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs.

Required Associate's degree in Nursing, active RN license or ability to obtain one, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) is required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the appropriate scope of practice.
• Identify, assess and respond to physical, psychological and social needs of patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with security protocols and institutional policies.
