Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a per diem night Registered Nurse to support the healthcare team at Homestead Correctional Institution in Florida City, FL. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and Nursing Supervisor.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in good standing with an ADN, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain required security clearances, including a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license and be eligible for Florida licensure.
• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• CPR certification required at time of hire; must maintain active status.
• Ability to obtain security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within scope of practice under DON/Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to assess and respond to physical and psychosocial needs.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document care accurately.
