About Us

Lee County Care & Rehabilitation Center is a 109-bed skilled nursing facility located along the middle fork of the Kentucky River in Beattyville, Kentucky. The facility offers short-term rehabilitation services and long-term care, including physical, occupational, and speech therapies, to maintain residents’ highest level of mobility and independence.

Overview

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team of dedicated care professionals. Whether a seasoned RN, a new graduate, or someone in between, you will play a key role in delivering excellent patient care and building lasting relationships.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

What You Need to Make a Difference

• Active RN license in the state of residence.
• Current and active CPR certification.
• Customer-service oriented and able to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects while maintaining high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
