Crossroads Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our after-hours response team. You will provide symptom relief, comfort, and skilled nursing care in patients' homes and facilities in the Akron area on a Sunday-Tuesday night schedule.

You will work with a cohesive care team to honor patient wishes and ensure dignity during one of life's most challenging journeys, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Formación

• Requires 1+ years of prior skilled RN experience.
• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability coverage.
• CPR certification, TB test results, and updated physical.
• Ability to provide direct patient care in homes and facilities.

Responsabilidades

Quick Response Registered Nurses provide symptom relief and support with empathy, bravery, and skill. Our after-hours response team is a cohesive group of caregivers dedicated to delivering the crucial support and comfort needed during these vulnerable times.

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience is required
• Active unencumbered state Registered Nurse license
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
• CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
• Ability and Interest to provide direct patient care in homes and facilities
