Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care during assigned shift
• Monitor patient condition and report any changes appropriately
• Manage ventilator care and related skilled nursing needs
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Assist with patient safety, comfort, and daily care needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate with the care team, family, and clinical leadership as needed
• Follow agency policies, physician orders, and the patient’s individualized Plan of Care

Pay Rate:$40.00 – $45.00 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Location: Commerce, Michigan
Setting: Private duty home care

Position Overview

The Private Duty RN will provide skilled nursing care to a ventilator-dependent patient in the home. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following the patient’s Plan of Care and physician orders.
