Alvita Care, a trusted home healthcare and personal care agency in New Jersey, is hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RN) for private duty home care cases across the state. You’ll join a mission-driven team, with RN oversight on every case, private-pay clients, and flexible scheduling designed to fit your availability.

We seek compassionate RNs with NJ licensure, CPR, and at least 1 year of experience. Benefit from a supportive clinical team, meaningful patient relationships, and opportunities

Formación

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
• Experience in home care, private duty, geriatrics, hospice, or similar settings preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home private-duty nursing care.
• Coordinate with clinical team and oversee RN on every case.
• Document patient care in EMR and basic computer systems.
• Explain care plans to clients and families.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN License
• Current CPR Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience

• Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
