BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality 1:1 home care to clients in Minnesota, including Austin and nearby communities.

We offer flexible hours, full-time/part-time/PRN options, and multiple shift types with weekly pay. You’ll receive comprehensive benefits, paid training, and ongoing clinical support from a caring team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required in Minnesota.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home care to clients in Minnesota and surrounding communities.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and monitor health status.
• Document care provided and communicate with the clinical team.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity during visits.

What BAYADA Offers

• $35–41/hour in Minnesota (including overnight and weekend shift differentials)
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum two shifts/month)
• Daytime and Overnight Shifts
