BAYADA Home Health Care in Minnesota is seeking compassionate RNs for private duty home health care. This role focuses on one-to-one client care, covering full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) for local clients with short commutes.

Flexible schedules include Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN. Compensation ranges from $35 to $41 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills, with a strong emphasis on safety and personalized care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty home nursing for a single client per shift.
• Manage full shift coverage (8, 10, or 12 hours).
• Serve local clients with short commutes.
• Care for clients with diagnoses such as TBI, COPD, stroke, dementia.

What Private Duty with BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing Looks Like:

• Private duty = full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's)

• Private duty = one client for the whole shift

• Nurses work with local clients nearby with short commutes

• Common diagnoses BAYADA Skilled Nurses work on: TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.

*RNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home

Qualifications for A Private Duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay range: $35-41 hourly based on experience and skills

• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN)
