Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate in-home nursing care to patients in Smyrna, DE. This role supports diverse patient needs within a private duty framework and participates in a nationwide team focused on superior clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active RN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component; Aveanna can assist after hire if needed.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients.
• Document care and patient progress in electronic records.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinicians to achieve optimal outcomes.
