Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for private-duty home care in the United States. You will deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes, document care using EMR, and collaborate with the care team to meet clinical goals.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN), with opportunities for skill advancement and paid training, plus comprehensive benefits and 24/7 local support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test current within 12 months.
• Six months nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care per physician orders.
• Document patient care using EMR.
• Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists and family members.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
