LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a primary care setting in San Jose, CA. You will triage, assess, educate patients, coordinate care, and document in the EHR, supporting physicians and the care team.

Responsibilities include reviewing labs and imaging, referrals, and ensuring high-quality patient safety. A BSN and current BLS are required, with ACLS/PALS preferred; strong communication and care coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• 2+ years nursing experience, preferably primary care/outpatient.
• Current BLS required.
• ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Strong EHR, clinical assessment, communication, and care coordination skills.
