Roseville Surgery Center has an opening for a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) Pre Op/Post Op. We are a multi-specialty, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), located in Roseville, CA.

Job Summary: Full Time
The Registered Nurse (RN) Pre Op/Post Op provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN Pre-op/PACU ensures safe, effective, and patient-family centered care in perioperative services for all patient populations. This role supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The RN reports to the Manager of Peri-Operative Services.

Schedule: Monday-Friday with some Saturday work depending on center needs. No call required, no night shifts.

Additional Benefits: Ability to float to other centers with added compensation, free parking.

Pay Range: $52.00 - $68.00/hour depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current CA Nursing License
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Pre-Op/PACU, preferably in an ambulatory surgical setting
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management
• Understanding of aseptic techniques
• Ability to care for patients from infancy to geriatrics
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to patient needs
• Excellent teaching, communication, and organizational skills
• Professional and ethical behavior
• Ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and team members (teamwork)
• Strong customer service skills
• Creativity, accountability, and openness to change
• Basic knowledge of Performance Improvement principles
