Department Summary

The Post Cardiac Cath department is a 24-bed unit with a 6:1 patient ratio, operating with a daily Float Charge RN and 1-2 PCAs per shift. A Discharge Nurse is available Monday-Thursday during the day shift.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in a stressful environment
