Chino Valley Healthcare Center is seeking an RN to join our skilled nursing team in Pomona, CA. You will provide direct care, lead nursing staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in a safe environment.

Qualified candidates hold a California RN license, are fully vaccinated (including boosters), and have experience with PCC. Shift time is 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with a 2-on/4-off schedule and a pay scale of $48 to $53 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered California RN license.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including booster.
• Experience providing direct care to multiple residents preferred.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC).

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Conduct assessments, rounds, and follow physician orders.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Make rounds with physicians as needed.
• Orient and welcome new residents and families.
• Other duties as assigned.

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

• Must possess current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in California
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including Booster shots
• Experience providing direct care to multiple patients preferred.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)

Shift time: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (2 days on and 4 days off)

Primary Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all other facility nursing staff ensuring quality care is provided to all residents.
• Conduct assessments, make rounds, carry out physician's orders, and communicate with our other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of excellent care in a clean, safe, dignified, happy and healthy environment
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
• Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary
• Orient and welcome new residents and families
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Scale: $48 to $53

Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
