We are expanding based on recent growth and are hiring a new Surgical Services leader for the Operating Room team.

In our efforts to improve health in the communities we serve, St. Luke's offers an innovative orthopedic patient care at our state-of-the-art Center for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine facility (COSM). COSM has brought together numerous complementary healthcare services, such as orthopedic walk-in care, a surgery center, physical therapy, pharmacy services, and many more. Patients will experience accessible and affordable orthopedic care unlike any other in the Treasure Valley.

Schedule:1.0 FTE (80 hours per pay period) Monday-Friday Exempt level leadership role.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree (BSN)
  • Experience: 5 year's experience in assigned area
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
  • Leadership experience in ambulatory surgery (ASC) or hospital Operating Room/Periop
  • Background in orthopedics (OR) or full periop scope (Pre/PACU)
  • Experience managing teams and accountability
  • Strong interpersonal communication
