Hillcrest Health System in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Quality & Patient Safety Performance Improvement Specialist RN. The role focuses on leading clinical process improvements to enhance patient safety and care quality.

Candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree and an active Oklahoma RN license, with preferred Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt credentials and 5 years of healthcare experience. You will collaborate with hospital leadership to drive continuous improvement and training
