Job summary

Inspira Health Network is seeking qualified nurses to provide professional nursing care through the nursing process. You will meet the needs of patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team through effective communication, coordination, and evaluation.

Candidates must enroll in a BSN/MSN within six months of hire and graduate by the third anniversary, with 2 years of Med/Surg experience and specialty area experience for per diem roles.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date.
• Two years Med/Surg experience required.
• Two years clinical experience in specialty area required for per diem positions.
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS required; PALS within 3 months of hire.
• Dysrhythmia competency within 3 months of hire.
• Current licensure in the State of New Jersey.
