Job summary

Riverside Rehabilitation Hospital in Yorktown, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a PRN, Per Diem team at Riverside Rehabilitation Hospital. You will provide admissions, assessments, and ongoing care within our inpatient rehab setting, supported by EPIC documentation, and a collaborative care model.

This role offers $50.00 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. A valid RN license in Virginia and BLS are required, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience.
• BLS required at hire.
• BSN preferred or enrollment in BSN program.
• Clinical experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
