Job summary

Ageless Men's Health in Westminster, CO is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient men's health clinic. You will provide direct patient care, perform procedures, and support long-term wellness goals in a collaborative setting.

This per diem, on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call obligations. Ideal candidates have strong experience with blood draws, IV therapy, injections, and EMR documentation to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy, IV, and injection experience.
• EMR proficiency and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and document care in the EMR.
• Perform blood draws, IV therapy, and injections.
• Administer testosterone and other wellness treatments.
• Track patient outcomes and coordinate with medical providers.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Men's Health Clinic | Ageless Men's Health

Location: Westminster, CO

Schedule: Shifts as needed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon/evening coverage till 6pm - looking for candidates with set schedules | No nights, weekends, or on-call

Job Type: Per Diem, On-Site/In-Person

Pay: $38 hourly rate

With more than 90 clinics nationwide and a rapidly growing patient base, Ageless Men's Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Westminster.

At Ageless, we focus on medically managed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), weight management, skin care, and concierge medicine - helping men improve their overall health, confidence, and quality of life.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

As an Ageless RN, you'll be a key member of our clinical team, providing direct, hands-on patient care in a comfortable outpatient setting. You'll build lasting relationships with patients while supporting their long-term wellness goals.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Performing patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, and documenting care in the EMR.
• Performing hands-on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections.
• Administering and monitoring testosterone and other wellness treatments.
• Tracking patient outcomes and communicating progress with medical providers.
• Educating patients about hormone therapy, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to optimize results.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and clinical care standards.
• Contributing to a supportive team culture focused on exceptional patient experience.
