Job summary

Ageless Men’s Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Men’s Health Clinic teams in Meridian and Eagle, ID. This on-site, per diem RN role focuses on testosterone therapy, weight management, skin care, and concierge medicine, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights, weekends, or on-call.

You will perform patient assessments, blood draws, IV therapy, injections, and monitor outcomes in a outpatient setting, building lasting patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy, IV therapy and injection experience.
• EMR proficiency and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and document care in the EMR.
• Conduct blood draws, IV therapy, and injections.
• Administer testosterone and other wellness treatments.
• Monitor patient outcomes and communicate with providers.
• Educate patients on hormone therapy, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain safety, quality, and clinical standards.
• Support a collaborative clinic team.

Location: Meridian and Eagle, ID (float)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, as needed | No nights, weekends, or on-call

Job Type: Per Diem, On-Site/In-Person

Pay: $36 hourly rate

With more than 90 clinics nationwide and a rapidly growing patient base, Ageless Men’s Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our teams in Meridian and Eagle.

At Ageless, we focus on medically managed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), weight management, skin care, and concierge medicine – helping men improve their overall health, confidence, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

As an Ageless RN, you’ll be a key member of our clinical team, providing direct, hands‑on patient care in a comfortable outpatient setting. You’ll build lasting relationships with patients while supporting their long‑term wellness goals.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Performing patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, and documenting care in the EMR
• Performing hands‑on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections
• Administering and monitoring testosterone and other wellness treatments
• Tracking patient outcomes and communicating progress with medical providers
• Educating patients about hormone therapy, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to optimize results
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and clinical care standards
• Contributing to a supportive team culture focused on exceptional patient experience
