Job summary

Ageless Women’s Health in Ogden, UT is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our women’s wellness team. In a per diem, on‑site role, you’ll perform patient assessments, assist with HRT and medical weight loss protocols, and provide education to support long‑term wellness.

You’ll conduct blood draws, IV therapy, injections, and maintain accurate EMR documentation while collaborating with physicians to tailor care plans in a concierge‑style clinic.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (required).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred).
• Experience in women’s health, wellness, or hormone therapy (preferred).
• Phlebotomy, IV, and injection experience (highly preferred).
• EMR proficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and review medical histories with thorough documentation in the EMR.
• Perform hands-on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, injections.
• Administer and monitor hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and medical weight loss treatments.
• Support wellness services such as IV nutrient therapy and nutritional support programs.
• Provide care within concierge medicine offerings including Pap smears, birth control management, lab work, and preventive health screenings.
• Educate patients about hormone balance, weight management, and lifestyle strategies for long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with medical providers to tailor care plans and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to a warm, patient-focused clinic culture built on empathy and trust.

Location: Weber clinic in Ogden, UT

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1 day per week + as needed | No nights, weekends, or on‑call

Job Type: Per Diem, On‑Site/In‑Person

Pay: $34 hourly rate

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Ogden, UT and support our growing women’s health clinic.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

As an Ageless RN, you’ll play an essential role in helping women take charge of their health through hands‑on clinical care, patient education, and long‑term wellness relationships.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Performing patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, and documenting care in the EMR.


• Performing hands‑on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections.


• Administering and monitoring hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and medical weight loss treatments, including GLP‑1 medications and other metabolic health protocols.


• Supporting and performing wellness services such as IV nutrient therapy, vitamin injections, and nutritional support programs.


• Providing care within our concierge medicine offerings, including Pap smears, birth control management, lab work and blood testing, preventive health screenings, common illness management, STD/STI testing, and UTI testing.


• Educating patients about hormone balance, weight management, and lifestyle strategies for long‑term wellness.


• Collaborating with medical providers to tailor care plans and ensure high-quality outcomes.


• Contributing to a warm, patient‑focused clinic culture built on empathy, professionalism, and trust.
