Job summary

Ageless Men’s Health is seeking a dedicated RN to join our Weber clinic team in Marriott-Slaterville, UT. This per diem, on-site position offers hands-on patient care in a busy outpatient setting, with no nights or weekends.

You will perform assessments, IV therapies, injections, and hormone treatments while educating patients on testosterone therapy, nutrition, and wellness strategies. Strong EMR skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Phlebotomy, IV, and injection experience.
• EMR proficiency and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, review medical histories, and document care in the EMR.
• Perform hands-on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and injections.
• Administer testosterone and other wellness treatments.
• Track patient outcomes and communicate progress with providers.
• Educate patients about hormone therapy, nutrition, and lifestyle changes for better results.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and clinical standards.
• Contribute to a supportive team culture and patient experience.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Men’s Health Clinic | Ageless Men’s Health

Location: Weber clinic in Marriott-Slaterville, UT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10-20 hours per week | No nights, weekends, or on-call
Job Type: Per Diem, On-Site/In-Person
Pay: $34 hourly rate

At Ageless, we focus on medically managed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), weight management, skin care, and concierge medicine — helping men improve their overall health, confidence, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

As an Ageless RN, you’ll be a key member of our clinical team, providing direct, hands-on patient care in a comfortable outpatient setting. You’ll build lasting relationships with patients while supporting their long-term wellness goals.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Performing patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, and documenting care in the EMR.
• Performing hands-on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections.
• Administering and monitoring testosterone and other wellness treatments.
• Tracking patient outcomes and communicating progress with medical providers.
• Educating patients about hormone therapy, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to optimize results.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and clinical care standards.
• Contributing to a supportive team culture focused on exceptional patient experience.
