Job summary

FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for Per Diem assignments across Saint Francis Hospital and regional locations. This program offers premium compensation, maximum scheduling flexibility, and opportunities to travel within the health system.

RNs must be graduates of an accredited nursing program with active licensure in the applicable state(s). Experience requirements vary by specialty, with critical care, ED and behavioral health

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Apply and demonstrate standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within licensed scope of practice and experience.

Position Purpose:

What you will do:

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions

Hourly Rate: $61.00

Pay Range: $61.00 (not including applicable differentials) . Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
