Schedule Details/Additional Information:

Clinic is open Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00, rotating Saturdays to cover Gen Peds. Travel to Aurora a few times a month to cover clinic.

Actual compensation offered in the Pay Range will be based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training and internal equity. To accompany base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:

Licensure:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois

Education/Experience Required:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Effective communication and computer skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with patient care equipment
  • Current Illinois RN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Certifications/education per nursing specialty requirements (see Certification Addendum)

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts, including taking call if required
  • Ability to transport objects, patients, and equipment
  • Respond quickly to patient needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Work may involve exposure to hazardous conditions and infectious materials
  • Assist in patient evacuation during emergencies
  • Lift up to 35 pounds; use patient handling equipment for heavier lifts with assistance

Education Addendum: All sites

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • BSN preferred
  • CPR-Healthcare Provider
  • ACLS and/or PALS certifications as specified
  • Experience requirements vary by specialty, see addendum
