Preferred Experience

Previous experience providing skilled nursing care to medically complex pediatric patients in a home care, private duty nursing, pediatric hospital, PICU, or similar pediatric setting is strongly preferred.

Why Join Kays Healthcare?

At Kays Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to provide meaningful one-on-one nursing care and develop lasting relationships with children and their families. Our goal is to support our nurses with clear clinical expectations, ongoing communication, and a commitment to safe, high-quality pediatric care.

If you are an experienced pediatric RN who values compassionate, family-centered care and wants to make a difference in a child's life,

Kays Healthcare LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

I think this is much closer to what you need for LinkedIn: professional enough to represent Kays Healthcare, but it doesn't read like the regulatory job description you submitted for PT53 approval. Most importantly, the 3-year clinical/1-year recent pediatric requirement is prominent, which should help screen out applicants who don't meet your PT53 RN qualification requirement.
