Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse in Illinois to provide care coordination across the continuum, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients and families while maintaining professional disposition.

The role requires an active RN license in IL or MI, BLS certification, and willingness to travel between multiple sites. BSN preferred and 6 months RN experience is desired.

Pay range for this position is $31.67 - $47.47/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse protects, promotes and restores health and wellness, by practicing at the highest level of licensure; collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum; assesses and supports physical symptoms; provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families; mentors assigned team members; promotes best practices; maintains professional disposition at all times.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licenses/Certifications: IL OR MI RN License RN license in current state American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)

• Education: BSN
