Aveanna Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient‑centered private duty nursing in patients' homes across Pennsylvania. The role emphasizes compassionate care, documentation accuracy, and collaborative practice with a supportive team.

Formación

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.
• Compact licenses transferrable within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in home settings per individualized plan of care.
• Document care using tablet-based electronic health records.
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
