Role: Provides direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU), specializing in minimally invasive and intermediate care patients.

• Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring communication across care teams.
• Educates patients and families on post-treatment care, medication management, and recovery processes.
• Participates in promoting patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care, addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Utilizes critical nursing skills for frequent assessments, especially for post-operative, tracheostomy, and occasional overflow patients.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Current RN license required.
