Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH is seeking a Progressive Care/Stepdown Registered Nurse for PRN night shifts. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians, supporting pre- and post-operative nursing needs and advocating for patients to ensure an exceptional experience.

The role emphasizes monitoring of medically complex patients, medication administration, and strong clinical judgment in a patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• BCLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN (Registered Nurse) with an associate or bachelor's degree.
• 1 year+ acute care Step Down/ Progressive Care RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes.
• Perform procedures or functions as ordered by the medical provider.
• Document care administration in the patient record in a timely, thorough manner.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor response.
• Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in cardiac and medical-surgical care.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Progressive Care Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• 1 year+ acute care Step Down/ Progressive Care Registered Nurse experience Required
