Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a part-time Resource Team Registered Nurse (RN) to provide excellent patient care at all five hospital sites. This night shift position offers flexible scheduling and an elevated pay rate based on FTE commitment, along with participation in a 401(k) retirement plan.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school or have equivalent experience, possess an active RN license in Indiana, and have at least two years of recent PCU RN experience. Strong communication and team skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited nursing school or 3 years related experience.
• Licensed RN in Indiana as per Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Minimum 2 years recent PCU RN experience required.

Role Summary

The Resource Team Registered Nurse (RN) works throughout the Network to provide excellent patient care within an area of expertise. This part‑time night shift position covers all five hospital sites with flexible scheduling. It offers an elevated pay rate based on FTE commitment and participation in a 401(k) retirement plan, although the position is non‑benefited.

Qualifications

• Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Minimum of two years (2) of recent PCU RN experience required. No exceptions.
