Make a Difference
Registered Nurse will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The RN manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner and demonstrates skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources. The Registered Nurse will assist patients with obtaining a better quality of life by delivering care to patients with chronic and acute diseases of the heart, lung, GI, stroke, Covid and dialysis on a 14-bed unit.
