Right at Home is seeking a compassionate, experienced Retired Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing home care agency. This flexible position is ideal for a retired nurse who wants to continue making a difference in the lives of seniors and adults in need of care while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Conduct in-home client assessments and reassessments
Develop and update individualized care plans
Perform caregiver supervisory visits and competency evaluations
Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers and office staff
Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations
Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals as needed
Participate in quality assurance and client satisfaction initiatives
Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous experience in home care, home health, hospice, or case management preferred
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client visits
Compassionate, professional, and committed to providing exceptional care
Pre-Employment Drug Screening:
