River's Bend Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with increased wages. Earn $47.50–$50.00 per hour at River's Bend Health Services, part of North Shore Health. New graduates are welcome; hands-on training and ongoing support are provided.

Formación

• Active RN license and current CPR certification.
• Compassion for older adults and a team-first, accountable approach.
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment.
• Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to meet all legal health requirements.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome with training and support.

Responsabilidades

• Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
