Shadelands Post Acute in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive team setting.

You’ll assess and monitor residents, administer medications per physician orders, document changes, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and CNAs.
