Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs while serving as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

This role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, an active RN license (compact or single-state), and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• BLS certification required.
