Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Follow infection control, emergency, and other center policies
• Collaborate with resident's interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identify and report abnormal changes in residents' condition per center policy
