Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting required.
  • BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required within specified timeframes.

Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU

Work location: Texas Health Plano, 6200 West Parker Road, Plano, TX 75093

Work hours: PRN/Days; Variable Shifts; 12hr/shifts; weekend, holiday, and call requirements

Here’s What You Need:

  1. Nursing Diploma in Nursing required or
  2. Associate’s degree in nursing required or
  3. Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
  4. 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting required
  5. Critical Care experience strongly preferred
  6. RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required
  7. BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly upon hire required
  8. ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire required
  9. PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days of hire required
  10. A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
