Job summary

Aurora BayCare Perianesthesia in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the perioperative care team, supporting patients from pre-op through PACU to discharge.

You will provide and coordinate nursing care using evidence-based practice, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help ensure a safe, compassionate patient experience.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program completion, RN license for Wisconsin, BLS; ACLS on orientation and PALS within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
• ACLS certification upon completion of orientation.
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care according to standards, policies and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice and effective communication.

We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS upon completion of orientation
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire.

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
