Job summary

Advocate Health in Green Bay, WI seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) – Interventional Pain to join the Pain Management Unit serving adult patients with chronic or acute pain. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive nursing care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in line with established standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Where You Will Work:

The Pain Management Unit provides comprehensive care for inpatient, outpatient, and observation-status patients experiencing chronic or acute pain. Our multidisciplinary team specializes in a range of interventional procedures aimed at alleviating pain and improving quality of life. These procedures include:

• Epidural steroid injections
• Radiofrequency ablations
• Spinal cord stimulator trials
• Intrathecal medication pump trials
• Various types of pain blocks

We primarily serve an adult patient population with diverse pain management needs, tailoring our approach to each individual's condition and response to therapy.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
