Ardent in Amarillo, TX is seeking a day shift, full-time Recovery Room (PACU) Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Candidates must hold an RN license in Texas, maintain BLS; ACLS/PALS within the specified timeframe where required, and have acute care experience.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Diploma, Associate or Bachelor).
• Current and valid RN license in Texas.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS/PALS within 30 days as required.

• Provide direct patient care in the PACU, perform assessments, and develop care plans.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, performs assessments, develops care plans, administers medications, and collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• The RN ensures patient safety and comfort while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Diploma, Associate or bachelor’s program.
• Current and valid RN license in Texas.
• Basic Life Support through American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 14 days of hire.
• Advanced Life Support and PALS within 30 days of hire. (except for PAT area)

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Acute care hospital experience
