Registered Nurse (RN) Overnight Shift - Sign on Bonus Eligible

Program & Location: Women's Addiction Treatment Center/Inpatient New Bedford

Sign on Bonus: $5,000 (pro-rated based on hours) for overnight shift

Pay Range: $50.50 - $57.50 per hour (including shift differential)

Status: Full Time

Shift: 11 pm - 7:30 am

Schedule: Flexible

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients on their journey to recovery from substance use disorders.
• Provide non-invasive medical care, evaluate and assess patient withdrawal levels using evidence-based protocols.
• Work in a low-impact physical position, with patients mostly able to manage their own ADLs and ambulation.
• Collaborate with a 2-3 person nursing team for care coordination and case management.
• Ensure patient care meets best practice standards, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Administer medication, perform counts, and register medications appropriately.
• Document treatment and care thoroughly and accurately in the Electronic Health Record.
• Monitor, assess, and treat patient conditions appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
