As a Registered Nurse (RN) in OTP, you will:

1. Be an active member of the healthcare team providing direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
2. Assess patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously throughout the care process.
3. Apply the nursing process aligned with MiraVista's philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles.
4. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment grounded in our core values.
5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop, implement, and document treatment goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric needs.

Successful candidates will have:

• A valid RN license in Massachusetts; BSN preferred
• Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatments
• Understanding of Trauma-Informed Recovery model
• Valid CPR certification
• Preferred experience in psychiatric or substance use disorders, de-escalation, and crisis intervention
• Crisis and time management skills, flexibility, creativity, and professionalism in stressful situations
• Ability to work effectively in high-intensity, noisy environments
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary settings
