Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced unit serving ortho, neuro, and spine patients. The RN will deliver and coordinate patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure safe, cost-effective outcomes aligned with the Nurse Practice Act and organizational goals.

Candidates must hold Indiana RN licensure and graduate from an accredited nursing program, or have at least three years of related nursing experience.

Qualifications

  • RN licensure in Indiana.
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program (NLN/CCNE/ACEN) or three years of related nursing experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient care in orthopedics, neurology, and spine units and coordinate with the care team.
  • Demonstrate professional standards of practice and adherence to the Nurse Practice Act and organizational goals.

Make a Difference

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The RN manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner and demonstrates skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources.

Your Exceptional Skills And Qualifications


  • Demonstration of performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, the Nurse Practice Act and the mission and goals of Community Health Network

  • Demonstration of skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation and management of resources

  • Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
