Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time - Overnight (NOC) Shift

Join us at Eventide Senior Living Communities as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time overnight shift (6pm-6:30am), with 12-hour shifts and an every-other-weekend and holiday rotation.

Job Details

We offer a $5/hour overnight differential and a $2/hour weekend shift differential added to the base wage. The nurse provides high-quality care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, as well as our policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate

• Must hold an active ND LPN license or be able to obtain one upon hire
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred but not required

Essential Functions

• Assess residents’ needs and health status regularly
• Provide personalized care to promote residents’ well-being
• Follow and update care plans as needed
• Administer medications and treatments effectively
• Document care accurately in electronic medical records
• Assist with orientation and training of new staff
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate and supervise subordinate staff
• Report incidents and ensure compliance with health regulations
