Worker Type: Regular

Work Shift: Rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends/holidays (United States of America)

Pay Range: $22.75 - $46.50 (dependent on experience)

Role Overview: Deliver nursing care by developing diagnoses, establishing care objectives, providing holistic support, and re-evaluating care plans based on patient needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing physician prescriptions, communicating care plans, coordinating with healthcare providers, supporting patients and families, and consulting with physicians.
  • Developing care plans through patient histories, examinations, documentation, and collaboration.
  • Teaching patients and families about health conditions, medications, and self-care.
  • Evaluating care outcomes, maintaining safety standards, and updating care plans accordingly.
  • Ensuring a safe environment by adhering to infection control, medication, and safety protocols.
  • Documenting patient care services accurately.
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting patient care equipment.
  • Managing supplies and maintaining readiness.
  • Maintaining competence as outlined by leadership.

Minimum Qualifications: Ability to work required hours, effective communication, visual acuity, and understanding of safety and legal standards. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for disabilities.

Required Education and Licenses: Active RN license in the state of practice, effective upon hire.

Preferred Experience: 1-3 years clinical experience.
