Equiliem is seeking an OR nurse to apply the nursing process for veteran patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room. You will document assessments, plans, interventions, and evaluations, and oversee non-nursing staff in the operating room.
The role requires trauma experience and RN licensure in New Jersey, with a shift pattern and on-call duties included. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are preferred.
