Advocate Health Care in Charlotte, NC is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse for the Operating Room at Atrium Health Pineville. You will deliver perioperative nursing care, collaborate with surgeons, and uphold safety and quality through the nursing process.

Ideal candidates will have an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, BLS, and preferably at least one year of OR experience. Sign-on bonus & comprehensive benefits available.

• One year of operating room experience strongly preferred.

Department: 37703 Atrium Health Pineville - Surgery Room Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 24 Schedule Details/Additional Information: A sign-on bonus is available to applicants who have not received a sign-on bonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months. Part Time Nights Sunday and Monday 1830-0700, one call shift every six weeks. Previous Vascular OR experience strongly preferred for this role.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Ate least one year of previous operating room experience is strongly preferred for this role.

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
